I would like to bring to your attention a recipe for turkey cutlets. Due to the fact that the cutlets are steamed, they turn out less fatty, softer, juicier and healthier. This dish is great for baby food. I didn’t add any extra ingredients to the minced meat, only salt as spices, but if you are cooking for adults, you can add a little ground black pepper. The cutlets should be served warm with boiled potatoes or rice; they also go well with fresh vegetables and herbs.

To prepare turkey cutlets for children, prepare the necessary set of ingredients.

  2. Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water.
  3. Pass the turkey fillet through a meat grinder along with cooled boiled potatoes, garlic, fried onions, and the remaining solid butter.
  4. Beat the egg into the mixture and add wheat flour. Season and add salt to taste. Knead the thick minced meat. Divide it into small pieces, the size of a medium apple.
  5. Grind the peas into a paste and mix with the fried onions. If necessary, add salt and pepper to the filling.
  6. Roll each “apple” into a thick flat cake, in the center of which place a tablespoon of mashed peas (without a slide). Form into oblong cutlets, dip in beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

2. Pour a little milk into a plate and soak the pieces of bread in it.

3. Grind the turkey meat in a meat grinder twice. You can use a blender if the meat portion is small.

Using a meat grinder, we also grind the onion and bread soaked in milk.

4. Now add eggs to the resulting minced meat and salt to taste. You can add various herbs that the child has a positive attitude towards.

5. Mix the minced meat until smooth.
